What will you do?

Estate and asset protection planning
Creating & drafting of onshore trusts
Will drafting (including tax efficient wills incorporating trusts)
Probate and Estate Administration
Court of Protection matters
Powers of attorney
Act for families, individuals, trustees and private wealth advisories
(experience of all of these elements is not essential)

What will you need?

To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
To be a solicitor or legal executive with at least 4 years PQE within private client law
STEP membership beneficial, but not essential
