Portfolio and Operations Manager – Turkish – Central London
My client, a private family office based in Central London have partnered exclusively with GKR International and are looking to hire a Turkish speaking office head as they approach an exciting phase in their journey.
As a business, they act as a fund and Real Estate advisory to the family and over the last 3 years, their portfolio has grown substantially in Central London and now need a manager with a strong experience in property management, residential property, project management and Real Estate as a whole to manage the current portfolio but also drive it forward in due course.
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, someone who is happy to manage multiple tasks and spin many things at once whilst supporting in the management of the family’s portfolio. The senior management team pride themselves in personal development and the support and training you will receive, will be second to none.
Weekly/daily tasks include
Day to day management of a small team in London
Reporting directly to the board both in the UK and Turkey
Training and recruitment for the London office
Working closely with the portfolio team and providing support where necessary
Ensuring all Data management and input is done at the highest of standards
General Admin and support work to support the family office
Oversight of Inventories & check in’s / check outs that team manages
Ability to working alone at times with efficiency & discipline
Ensuring that Gas safety inspections are done
Key management daily/weekly audits
Contractor liaison / work orders
Ensuring Utility accounts in order
Issuing notices and tenant / landlord correspondence
Working hours / Holiday / Salary
Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility needed as this is a leadership role.
£65,000 to £75,000 basic salary plus discretionary bonus
Desired Skills & Experience
Must be fluent in Turkish
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in London.
Management experience
Clean Driving Licence
Excellent personal organisational skills
Strong experience in using Excel and managing data input
A desire to want to grow the company & provide outstanding customer service.
