Salary £26,255 pro rata rising to £27,255 pro rata after probation
We are seeking a Polish Speaking Technical Support Agent with exceptional customer service skills for our award-winning client in Newark. This is part time, permanent role and will suit somebody has a flexible attitude to working, an understanding of technology and a superb telephone manner.

THE ROLE
As a Polish Speaking Technical Support Agent you will provide excellent levels of customer service and support, duties include:
Offering technical support in both Polish and English
Using CRM and other systems to log incidents
Providing solutions to technical faults
Escalating technical queries when required
Monitor group mailboxes, ensuring all inbound queries receive a response
Providing excellent levels of customer service and support
THE CANDIDATE
An ideal Polish Speaking Technical Support Agent will be driven to deliver excellent customer service and possess the following attributes:
Fluent in written and spoken Polish and English
Excellent problem solving skills
Attention to detail
Great communication skills
Flexible approach to working hours
This role would suit somebody looking to work between 20 – 30 hours a week
Experience of working within a call centre / technical support environment would be advantageous, however training will be provided.
