Pensions Actuary
Location: Multiple Across UK – Hybrid (2–3 days in office)

The Role:
We’re seeking nearly or newly qualified actuaries to join our growing pensions consulting teams across multiple UK offices. This role offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise while working with a variety of pension schemes, challenging conventional thinking and delivering innovative solutions for clients. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment that values quality over chargeable hours, giving you the time to produce your best work.
What you’ll be doing:
Producing and reviewing tailored client reports, member communications, and technical documentation
Providing triennial valuations, funding updates, and other scheme-specific work as needed
Acting as a key point of contact for trustees, managing communications across meetings, telephone, and email
Coordinating project plans and key milestones within your portfolio
Delivering a blend of established actuarial services and creative, solutions-focused initiatives
Skills and Experience:
At least 4 years’ experience in UK pensions consulting, with most or all actuarial exams completed
Strong technical knowledge of DB pension schemes and related legislation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
A proactive, problem-solving approach and enthusiasm for working collaboratively with colleagues and clients
Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively
Flexible hybrid working and adaptable working patterns from day one
