Role Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional support to clients via telephone, email, and live messaging
Responding to enquiries, diagnosing issues, and delivering bespoke solutions
Logging interactions precisely and contributing to shared goals
Developing your skills within a dynamic, customer-driven setting
Ideal Candidate Profile:
At least 6 months of experience in a customer-focused role (preferably involving phone interactions)
Strong verbal communication and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Highly motivated and confident
A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to rural office location near Sevenoaks
