Part-Time Customer Service & Account Executive

Location: Newbury, Greenham Business Park

Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

Duration: 3 to 6 months, with possibility to extend

Pay Rate: £15 – £16 per hour

We are looking for a friendly and helpful Customer Service & Account Executive to join our team.

What You’ll Do

Help customers by phone and email
Take and process orders
Handle customer questions and returns
Let customers know about any delivery changes
Respond to complaints quickly
Follow up to check customer satisfaction
Help other teams when needed

What We Need From You

Friendly and customer-focused
Good communication skills
Experience in customer service or similar role
Able to organise and multitask
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
A team player with a positive attitude
