Paraplanner – Level 4 Qualified | £40,000–£45,000 | Hybrid Working (Sussex-based)

An established and highly reputable wealth management firm is seeking a Level 4 Diploma-qualified Paraplanner to join its growing team. The Role:

As a Paraplanner, you’ll play a key role in supporting advisers by producing high-quality, compliant suitability reports and assisting in the preparation of bespoke financial plans. This is a non-client-facing position that requires strong attention to detail, a solid technical understanding, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning

Conduct research and technical analysis to support recommendations

Liaise with advisers and administrators to ensure seamless client journeys

Keep up to date with regulatory changes and contribute to process improvements

Maintain accurate records in line with FCA requirements

Requirements:

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) – essential

Experience in a paraplanning role within a financial planning or wealth management environment

Strong understanding of investment, pension, and protection products

High level of accuracy, organisation, and time management

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
