Our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding wealth management group, is seeking a Senior Paraplanner and Paraplanner to join their advisory operations team based in Harrogate.

Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality suitability reports in collaboration with Financial Planners, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Interpret adviser meeting notes and develop tailored financial recommendations with precision and care.
Provide technical guidance to advisers to support positive client outcomes.
Maintain and enhance paraplanning tools, templates, and reference materials.
Ensure client interactions meet defined service standards and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
Manage personal caseload efficiently, maintaining accurate records and workflow updates.
Support the training and development of junior paraplanners through mentoring and coaching.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the paraplanning function.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications: Minimum level a Level 4 Diploma Qualified Paraplanner ideally with 2+ years experience within a similar role
Experience: Proven background in paraplanning with strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
High attention to detail and time management
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
Natural aptitude for coaching and mentoring
