Paralegal

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join a medium-sized law firm in the City. Salary c.£30-34k+ (neg). Hybrid working.

As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will be an integral part of the Commercial Property team, supporting a Partner in all aspects of work. The role includes –

Sale and Purchase of Freehold and Leasehold properties
Buy-to-Let purchases
Re-financing
SDLTs
Land Registry and Companies House registrations
Reports on Title and Mortgage
Dealing with replies to enquiries
Drafting standard Lender documentation
Liaising with clients

You will need to have a University degree as well as the LPC or SQE1 and 2yrs’ minimum experience in Real Estate as a Paralegal.

If you also have experience of drafting Commercial Lease Agreements, CPSE replies, contracts and data rooms that would be an advantage although not essential.
