About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Painter & Decorator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, take pride in their work, and deliver high-quality finishes in both residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling holes, and priming

Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces

Mix and match paint colors to meet client specifications

Follow blueprints or design specifications

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

Proven experience as a painter and decorator

Knowledge of painting materials and techniques

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Attention to detail and strong work ethic

NVQ or relevant qualification (preferred but not essential)

Full UK driving license (if travel is required)
