Packaging Project Manager

What You Will Do:

– Oversee all assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including financial tasks and invoicing, to ensure smooth project management.

– Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal teams, acting as a liaison between all stakeholders.

– Create and manage micro critical paths to align with client launch schedules and project deadlines.

– Provide expert advice on artwork and pre-press processes, supporting internal teams with query resolution.

– Monitor and report on project risks, challenges, and workload activity projections to ensure seamless delivery.

What You Will Bring:

– Proven experience in project management, with experience working across a range of packaging.

-Experience dealing with clients face to face and managing large accounts.

– Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

– Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to adapt to bespoke software solutions.

– A proactive, professional, and composed attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and meet critical deadlines.

Location:

This role can based anywhere in the UK, but ability to travel to London at least once or twice a week.
