Temporary – 3-6 months
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm – 37.5 hours per week
Outbound Customer Service Advisor
Making outbound calls to customers who have made enquiries of services
To ensure that all customer communication, both verbal and written, is of the highest standard at all times
Ensuring all written paperwork is sent to customers in a timely and accurate fashion
Recording and logging all correspondence and updating and maintaining a database
To meet targets for calls made to customers
To follow up on all correspondence
Person Specification – Outbound Customer Service Advisor
Must have a confident, professional telephone manner
Previous experience of working within a similar role
IT literate with accurate data entry skills
Ability to work as part of a team to achieve team goals
