This organisation is a strategic and hands-on Operations Manager to lead a team and support with their customer journey.
Your new role
Your responsibilities include:

Leading daily stand-ups and managing a team
Overseeing the full end-to-end customer journey
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Ensuring regulatory compliance and scripts are FCA compliant
Monitoring team performance and producing regular reports
Spotting trends
Meeting with auditors
Collaborating across departments to enhance operational efficiency
Other ad-hoc duties required

What you’ll need to succeed

A strong background in an insurance or regulated environment, ideally personal lines insurance
Proven experience in a managerial or operational leadership role
A track record of improving processes and driving performance
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Clear communication, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
