An inclusive, collaborative and rapidly-growing facilities management firm are seeking a highly experienced and capable Operations Director to join their growing team in a pivotal leadership role. As Operations Lead, you’ll drive the mobilisation of new client sites, enforce operational standards, and lead a large field-based team. Reporting to the COO, you’ll own execution, compliance, and quality assurance, ensuring every site launch is smooth, on time, and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Lead site mobilisation from planning to go-live
Manage and develop operations managers and supervisors
Enforce compliance
Conduct audits, track actions, and resolve escalations swiftly
Ensure payroll and attendance integrity across all contracts

Skills and Experience

Proven experience within an operations leadership role within facilities or property management
Proven track record in mobilisation within compliance-heavy environments
High accountability, tech fluency, and field management experience
Project management skills
Strong communicator with a sharp eye for operational detail
Health & Safety/Compliance certifications and a relevant degree are desirable
