Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of our client, an innovative technology start-up that’s reshaping how businesses work with AI. They are looking for an Operations and Administration Manager to oversee operations, ensuring a streamlined process as they scale. This role will be working Remote, with some travel to meet up with the team in London.
You’ll be responsible for creating smooth onboarding experiences, managing HR systems and documentation, optimising internal processes, and maintaining office and digital workspaces. You’ll also manage their internal operations, from event logistics to inventory management and health & safety.
What You’ll Bring:
3–5 years of operational/admin experience (ideally in tech/start-ups)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AI productivity tools
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Bonus Points For:
Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools
Health & Safety or First Aid qualifications
Familiarity with agile/software development environments
