They’re looking for an experienced Office Manager to support a busy and vibrant team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a financial services or office administration background who is confident, highly organised, and enjoys working in a collaborative setting.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager based in Aberystwyth.
Overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Managing office supplies, liaising with vendors, maintaining office records, and supporting staff with various tasks.
Handling communication, scheduling, and organisational duties to ensure efficiency and productivity.
What you’ll bring:
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office software
Experience in managing administrative tasks and coordinating office activities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Experience in vendor management and maintaining office supplies
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role is preferred
