Job Title: Office Manager – Commercial Insurance
Location: Croydon (Hybrid – Office Days: Mon, Weds, Fri)
Salary: Circa £40,000+ (flexible for the right candidate)

25 days annual leave

Role Summary:
An exciting opportunity for a hands-on Office Manager to lead and support high-performing commercial insurance teams. The role is ideal for a current team leader or experienced commercial account handler looking to step up into a leadership and operations-focused role, driving team performance while remaining client-centric.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across Sales and Existing Business teams: Drive performance through direct team support

Manage key workflows: Quotes, leads, training, HR admin, audits, and insurer engagement

Support and mentor team members: Be a referral point and lead 1:1 development conversations

Ensure client satisfaction remains central: Champion service standards and compliance

Act as a bridge between departments and management: Attend regular progression and planning meetings

Requirements:

Background in commercial insurance sales or client service

Understanding of SME insurance products and broking processes

Acturis experience preferred

Cert CII or FIT qualification desirable

Previous team leadership experience or readiness to step into people management
