Job Title: Office Manager

Salary: £50,000 – £52,000 per annum

Location: Central London

Hours: 9am – 6pm

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join their award-winning architectural practice. This pivotal role will support the smooth and efficient running of our studio, overseeing daily operations, managing administrative systems, and contributing to a positive and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs efficiently and professionally
Provide administrative support to senior leadership and project teams
Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships
Support HR processes including onboarding, holiday tracking, and staff well-being initiatives
Oversee diary management, meeting coordination, and event planning
Maintain accurate financial records, assist with invoicing, and liaise with accountants or finance teams
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
Help implement and maintain studio policies and best practices
Support IT coordination and liaise with external IT providers as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative leadership role
Experience working within a creative, architectural, or design-led environment is highly desirable
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or HR tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and take initiative
High level of discretion and professionalism
