We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers a great opportunity to work in a professional and supportive environment, where you’ll play an essential role in managing administrative, operational, and office tasks in our prestigious location and some home working.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & PA Support:

Provide varied administrative support to the team, assisting with data collation for ongoing business projects.
Preparation and quality assurance of clinical letters, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Creation and maintenance of report templates for doctors to streamline clinical correspondence.
Managing the completion and distribution of letters to clients and relevant third-party professionals.
Ensuring all documents are password protected, in line with data protection and confidentiality protocols.
Utilising strong IT skills to support and contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of our internal systems and processes.
Support prescription administration, collaborating closely with the PA team and Pharmacist to maintain smooth operations.

Data Management:

Management of all back office processes vital for our Doctors to proceed for with reports
Support data collection for reporting and auditing purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Operational & Team Support:

Provide administrative and operational support across both locations.
Foster smooth communication between clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless workflow.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail, especially with letter processing.
Proficiency in administrative systems such as email, data entry, and document scanning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Flexibility to take on additional tasks as required.
