My client, a rapidly growing financial service business, are looking for a dedicated and ambitious New Business Advisor to join their already busy team! They are located in Bolton and are recruiting on a full-time, permanent basis.

Benefits:

Salary – £25,000 – £30,000 per annum
Uncapped Commission
Working Hours – 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Holidays – 32 days inclusive of bank holidays, plus your birthday off!

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business leads in direct support of the sales team. They will target new and existing clients, building and developing these relationships and guiding clients through the early stages of process.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

Develop relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to identify any opportunities
Identify new business opportunities through prospecting activities aimed at new and existing customers
Work towards KPIs and targets set by management, maintaining these whilst also providing an exemplary customer service to each client
Guide clients with initial first steps of the sales process

Specification:

Previous experience within a brokerage, financial or insurance company is highly desirable
Previous experience within a busy sales environment, preferably B2B, is essential
Ability to identify and prospect new customers, and/or new products to existing customers
An effective communicator, both written and verbal
Strong IT skills, with previous experience working on a CRM
