No prior experience is necessary—just a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to read and write fluently in English and at least one other language.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
Providing clear and accurate information in both English and your second language
Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems
