If you enjoy solving problems, delivering quality workmanship, and working with a team that genuinely supports you, this role could be exactly what you’re looking for.

Why This Role Stands Out

?? Fully equipped: Company van, tools, uniform, and smartphone/tablet provided to help you work efficiently.
?? Stability and support: Join a well-established business with a positive team culture, consistent work, and long-term contracts.
?? Great pay: Competitive salary (£45K–£55K DOE) plus overtime opportunities if you want to earn more.
?? Career growth: Training and development opportunities to help you expand your skills and move up.

What You’ll Be Doing

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties
Completing a wide variety of fabric and handyman tasks, including:
Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Painting, decorating, and general refurbishment
Carpentry, flooring, and door repairs
Office moves and manual handling (e.g. furniture adjustments)
Using a smartphone/tablet system to manage and log your jobs
Communicating effectively with internal teams and clients
Always delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who is:

Practical, reliable, and takes pride in their work
Experienced in general building or facilities maintenance (ideally across multiple trades)
Confident working on their own and solving problems on the spot
Organised, with good communication and time-management skills
Comfortable using a mobile job system (training can be provided)
Holding a full, clean UK driving licence

It’s a bonus if you have:

Experience with RAMS, COSHH or other Health & Safety protocols
Relevant trade certifications or NVQs (not essential)

What You’ll Get in Return

?? £45,000 – £55,000 salary (depending on experience)
?? Monday–Friday hours with optional weekend/overtime work
?? Company van, tools, workwear, and smart device
??? Ongoing training & development
?? Job satisfaction working with a company that is stable, is growing steadily and values its team
?? Friendly and supportive work environment
