What You’ll Do:

Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to individual client needs
Source and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products from a wide panel of lenders
Guide clients through the full mortgage journey—from initial consultation to completion
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender criteria, market trends, and compliance standards
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, estate agents, and introducers

What We’re Looking For:

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified – essential
Proven experience as a mortgage adviser or broker
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
