Job Title/Location: Mortgage Administrator, London
Salary: To £40,000 bonus c.£2,000 – £3,000
Requirements: Solid experience in submitting mortgage applications/case managing. Will also consider Advisors looking to shift into an administrative role.
Role Snapshot: Case managing HNW mortgage applications to completion, liaising with Lenders, Providers & Solicitors, playing a key role within a high profile, professional team

The Company: A prominent mortgage brokerage generating very strong volumes of business, often with high case values. Well established, having built an enviable reputation & looking to add to the current team and expand further.

The Role: The role is made for a Mortgage Administrator/Advisor who wants to be better appreciated, wants to be part of a highly professional team that have won multiple awards the last few years. The role is all about ensuring the client’s expectations are managed throughout the process & their outcome is a positive experience. Key tasks include:

Communicate and establish strong relationships with clients
Manage mortgage cases from submission to offer, exchange & completion
Liaise with Insurance Providers, Clients, Lenders, Solicitors, Surveyors & GP Surgeries, dealing with queries concerning Mortgage, Life & GI applications
Acquiring suitable terms for clients from Providers
Ensuring all the required case documentation is forwarded to the Life Insurance Providers, Lenders & Solicitors

Skills / Experience Required: Our client is looking for solid mortgage administration experience within a brokerage, to have included submitting applications & chasing to completion. A strong work ethic is key, our client produces excellent levels of business, so strong verbal & written communication skills are important, as is attention to detail and being a team player.

Additional Information: Salary is to £40,000 bonus c.£2,000 – £3,000. Once fully trained and established, there is the option to WFH 1 day per week. Car parking available.
