Reed are proud to be supporting a fantastic business based in Chelmsford in their search for a Marketing Manager.

This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to join the team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Marketing Manager will oversee a wide range of marketing activities across the business.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, driven, and confident in managing various marketing disciplines within a professional services environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee all aspects of the marketing mix, ensuring effective brand management and marketing communications.
Manage website design, development, and maintenance, along with search engine optimisation.
Lead digital marketing and social media strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.
Coordinate with marketing agencies and other external suppliers to produce high-quality promotional materials.
Handle event management, sponsorship, and advertising initiatives.
Support business development and networking activities, providing guidance and support to professionals.
Engage directly with partners, legal teams, and business services colleagues, requiring a minimum of three days per week in-office presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven marketing experience, ideally within a regulated professional services business.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and disciplines, including digital marketing and SEO.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility to support marketing and business development activities outside of regular office hours.
Professional services experience is desirable, but not essential.
Must be within reasonable proximity to Chelmsford for effective role fulfilment.
