�? Marketing Manager (Part-Time / Flexible)

?? Edgware / North West London (Hybrid considered) | ?? Up to £70K FTE (pro-rated) | ? 20-25 hours per week Looking for a senior marketing role with more autonomy and ownership but without the full-time grind? This is a part-time Marketing Manager position (around 3 days per week) where you’ll lead strategy and delivery for a well-established B2B product business with global reach.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things marketing: from creating campaigns and shaping the brand, to driving product content, managing CRM-driven communications, and co-ordinating outsourced agencies. It’s a standalone role where you’ll have the freedom to make an impact, backed by a supportive leadership team.

?? What You’ll Be Doing

Own the marketing function: from planning strategy to delivering campaigns
Develop content for website, social, email, and sales collateral
Manage CRM data to spot trends, build targeted campaigns, and improve lead conversion
Write case studies, product copy, and compelling customer communications
Oversee brand consistency across all platforms
Co-ordinate agencies, designers, and overseas colleagues when needed

?? What You’ll Bring

Solid track record as a B2B Marketing Manager (ideally in a technical or product-led environment)
Strong knowledge of CRM systems: comfortable analysing and segmenting data for campaigns
Experience in both traditional and digital marketing (content, social, email, paid ads)
Strong writing and editing skills: able to make technical topics engaging
Comfortable in a standalone role, with confidence to shape and lead marketing strategy
Bonus points for experience in FMCG export, wholesale, or other international markets

Up to £70K FTE salary (pro-rated)
Flexible working: approx. 3 days per week (or spread across 5 shorter days)
Hybrid considered, but main base is Edgware / North West London HQ
25 days holiday (pro-rata) + bank holidays
