My client is looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead all marketing initiatives across multiple store locations. This pivotal role will shape the customer experience through in-store design, localised campaigns, community engagement, and hyperlocal advertising—ensuring each site thrives within its local community while upholding brand standards and driving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement tailored marketing plans for 10 sales sites across the UK.
Oversee store-level marketing budgets to optimise ROI.
Deliver hyperlocal campaigns across outdoor media, digital platforms, radio, and community channels.
Conduct quarterly store audits to ensure brand consistency and effective promotional execution.
Build strong relationships with local organisations including schools, sports clubs, charities, and community groups.
Organise sponsorships and events to enhance local visibility and engagement.
Act as a trusted marketing advisor to General Managers and store teams.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance to inform future strategy.
Provide actionable insights to improve the overall customer journey.
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within retail.
Skilled across the full marketing mix: digital, events, ATL, and sponsorships.
Analytical mindset with strong budget management capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised with proven project management experience across multiple locations.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
