Marketing Content Presentations

We have exclusively partnered with a UK Headquartered Boutique Asset Manager specialising in Equities who are looking to make a key hire within their Client Group. We are seeking an extremely well-organised individual with meticulous accuracy and attention to detail, to assist with the production, maintenance and dissemination of marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

Playing a pivotal role in the ongoing development and maintenance of a library of slide materials
Utilising internal performance and accounting software systems to extract account specific data
Developing an understanding of the firm’s investment product and strategy offerings, in conjunction with gaining knowledge of the firm’s existing and prospective client base, to aid the production of relevant presentations and marketing packs
Using the entire catalogue of marketing and client servicing materials to produce bespoke client specific PowerPoint presentations, to clearly communicate fund strategies and performance to clients and stakeholders
Working with Legal and Compliance teams to meet data permission and financial regulatory requirements
Assisting in the development of internal presentation materials (such as board presentations) for senior management on an ad hoc basis
Producing other marketing materials for external distribution, such as Fund Factsheets
Working with colleagues, as required, to refresh quarterly marketing material packs, for all investment strategies being proactively marketed to prospective investors and consultants
Involvement in podcast production, website management, social media initiatives and periodic live webinar events

Required Experience

Experience working in the Asset Management Industry
Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Advantageous to have experience in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management & Library system
Proficiency in Photoshop beneficial, along with familiarity in using content production/design template management software system tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
