Join my client’s leading manufacturing company as a Marketing Campaign Executive, where you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven professional who is adept at driving brand awareness and customer engagement. You will also manage relationships with external agencies to align campaigns with strategic goals.
Day-to-day of the role:
Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
Monitor campaign performance, reporting on KPIs, ROI, and insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to ensure messaging and objectives are aligned.
Brief and manage external agencies including creative, media, and digital partners.
Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
Evaluate agency performance and maintain strong working relationships.
Support the creation of campaign assets such as brochures, email templates, landing pages, and social media content.
Ensure all materials are brand-compliant and tailored to target audiences.
Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Use insights to inform campaign strategy and positioning.
Assist in managing campaign budgets and tracking spend against forecast.
Ensure cost-effective use of resources and value from agency partnerships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in campaign marketing, ideally within a B2B or manufacturing environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email marketing, analytics).
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
Desirable Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
CIM or equivalent marketing qualification.
