NET Recruit are delighted to support a materials manufacturing business to search for a Marketing Business Partner to join the team in Grangemouth, for an exciting opportunity.
Your Role
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
Supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies, tailored to meet the strategic goals of the specific business area
Creating and managing marketing campaigns across all channels
Overseeing the creation of brand material, supporting on product development, events and communication, both on an external and internal basis
Planning and delivering promotional campaigns, and following through with impact analysis and points to action
Creating collateral such as documents and presentations to support the sales and business development function
Proactively identifying PR opportunities to promote business offerings to potential customers and audiences
Conducting insightful market research on the marketplace to strengthen brand positioning and to inform strategy development
Seeking opportunities to cross-promote products across multiple channels
You MUST Have

Excellent experience within B2B marketing
Proven experience in building strong brand identities
Exquisite copywriting skills in addition to strong written and verbal communication
Strong knowledge of the marketing mix and accompanying analytical skills
Experience in managing budgets and good project management skills
Exposure to digital marketing facets
Knowledge of relevant software, such as Adobe Creative would be advantage
Valid driving license
Your Opportunity
This is a business that has built up several decades of success, providing high-quality manufacturing and merchant products and services to their extensive client base, with offices across the country. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong marketing professional to join the growing team and play a pivotal role in the development and ongoing success of the business.
For the successful candidate within this role, there will be a starting salary of around £40,000 depending on prior experience and knowledge, which will accompany a great additional benefits package including a competitive holiday and pension allowance, internal ‘work perks’, incentives and much more. There will also be hybrid working opportunities available.
Additionally, the business is keen to support their employees and will provide ample training both initially and on an ongoing basis, which the incumbent will be pivotal in shaping, alongside excellent internal opportunities for development within the team and wider function.
