A bit about the role:
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies
Create campaigns for both new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion
Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations
Own lead generation, nurture flows, and customer lifecycle programs
Use marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) for segmentation and ROI tracking
Analyse campaign performance and optimise for conversion and pipeline growth
Grow and maintain the marketing database
Align with Sales on target accounts and campaign feedback
What we need from you:
3+ years in demand generation, ideally in SaaS/software
Proven success in B2B marketing and pipeline growth
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter with a growth mindset
Experience in the accounting industry or a marketing degree is a plus
Previous experience with Salesforce or Hubspot is a must
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office per week so you must have access to a car and a UK drivers license.
