Marketing & CRM Executive – Luxury Travel, Central London (Hybrid working, 2 days in)
Multi-Award Winning Luxury Tour Operator is seeking a highly capable and detail-driven Marketing & CRM Executive to join their dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in email marketing, CRM, and social media, who understands how to engage a discerning audience and elevate brand presence across multiple channels. You’ll play a key role in driving customer engagement and conversion through beautifully crafted campaigns, insightful analysis, and creative storytelling; all while working within one of the UK’s leading luxury travel companies.

Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & CRM
Plan, execute and optimise email campaigns using platforms such as Dotdigital or Klaviyo
Manage customer segmentation, automation workflows and campaign performance
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence
Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-throughs and conversions, providing regular reports
Social Media
Develop and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
Monitor performance and engagement metrics, adjusting strategy as needed
Support influencer partnerships and paid social campaigns
Stay abreast of trends and opportunities in luxury travel and lifestyle content
General Marketing
Assist in the development and delivery of seasonal campaigns and product launches
Support website content updates and SEO initiatives
Liaise with external agencies and suppliers as required
Contribute to brand storytelling and visual identity across all touchpoints
Person Specification
Essential Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within Travel,Luxury Travel, Hospitality or Lifestyle
Strong understanding of email marketing, automation, and e-commerce principles
Hands-on experience with Dotdigital, Klaviyo, or similar email marketing platforms
Exceptional attention to detail – accuracy and polish are non-negotiable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer behaviour
Confident with data analysis, reporting and performance metrics
A keen eye for design and appreciation for luxury aesthetics
Desirable Attributes:
Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML
