Management Accountant

We are hiring for a Management Accountant to join a successful and growing engineering and manufacturing business based in Havant. This is a hands-on, varied role perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with operational teams and contributing to strategic decisions.

Main Duties

Lead month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Perform costing, pricing, and variance analysis to support commercial decisions
Provide tender support and contribute to pricing strategy
Assist with invoice finance reconciliations, purchase ledger, and payroll tasks as needed

Skills and Knowledge

CIMA or ACCA qualified
Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or product-based business
Strong analytical and commercial mindset
Confident communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
