Annual Salary: £38,000 – £43,000 + Shift Premium + Overtime
Location: Mitcham / Croydon border (CR4 / CR0)

Join a leading drinks packaging and distribution facility that supplies the hospitality and retail sector across the UK. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a high-speed operation that features modern bottling lines, palletisers, and process equipment. This role is ideal for someone looking to strengthen their skills in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
Conduct first-line mechanical maintenance on bottling, filling, capping, and wrapping equipment.
Troubleshoot issues on conveyors, motors, sensors, and pneumatics.
Support the engineering team with machine changeovers and efficiency upgrades.
Carry out routine inspections, part replacements, and fault diagnostics.
Work closely with production and shift supervisors to meet daily targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mechanical engineering experience in FMCG, packaging, or logistics automation.
Exposure to high-speed production environments (bottling, canning, etc.).
Working knowledge of pneumatics and minor electrical diagnostics.
Relevant qualifications or apprenticeship in engineering or mechanical maintenance.
