Luxury Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent
Self employed luxury sales negotiator needed for a well established and known Luxury Estate Agent brand dealing with high net worth clientele in the DEVON and LIVERPOOL areas.
It’s a great opportunity to join a brand-new franchise area. You’d receive lots of support when it comes to marketing, admin and lead generation whilst representing a very well-known brand in the UK.
The luxury property market is absolutely on the way up, with property prices at a really good high with selling fees around the 2% point.
On Target Earnings: £100k plus
Possibility of a retainer whilst you build your pipeline -for the right candidate
Working Hours: Monday – Friday

The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in property sales, preferably within the estate agency industry.
Strong analytical and market research skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
