RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain strong client relationships through expert product knowledge and follow-up
Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets in a fast-paced luxury environment
Stay informed on new collections, brand stories, and market trends to enhance the customer journey

REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 1+ years of experience in luxury retail, ideally within jewellery or accessories
Proven sales track record with a strong commercial mindset
Passion for fine jewellery and storytelling with the ability to educate and inspire clients
Confident, polished, and engaging personality with strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence
