Loss Adjuster Regional Manager

A renowned long established Loss Adjusters are looking to complement their Area Management Team with an experienced Insurance Commercial Property Claims professional to work closely with the other Area Managers and provide Operational Management Support to a Commercial Property Claims Adjusting Team.

Key responsibilities:

Work closely with and support the Operations Director as well as the other Area Managers
Strive to provide a first class claims service across the Adjusting team
Ensure the team work towards, meet and exceed SLA’s
Identify opportunities to increase performance, delivery of fee income and cost savings
Working closely with the team you will help drive individual performance, working with each Adjuster on an individual basis identifying their strengths and abilities as well as bringing the team together and working well as a team
Hold regular team meetings to help motivate and engage communication
Build, maintain and assist with strong client relationships as well as help with the development of new opportunities
Occasionally as and when required manage your own caseload of Commercial Property Claims due to volumes/surge times

About you:

An experienced Commercial Property Field Adjuster with a background working in a Loss Adjusting or Insurer environment
Operational Management/People Management experience with a track record of leading teams to success
Exceptional communication skills – face to face, verbal and written
Experience in writing detailed complex reports
Excellent negotiation skills
A background and evidential experience in building good strong client relationships as well as being able to maintain established client relationships
Good IT skills and be able to use multiple systems
Industry qualified, ACILA or other relevant qualifications
A full clean driving licence
