Eames Consulting is partnering with a respected insurer to recruit a Commercial Loss Adjuster. The successful candidate will manage commercial property claims from initial notification through to settlement, ensuring a professional and customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee commercial claim visits, maintaining high-quality service throughout the claims life-cycle.
Conduct initial assessment calls for all assigned claims, gathering relevant information, evaluating potential losses, and determining reserving requirements.
Handle a varied portfolio of commercial property claims, including Retail, Industrial, and Office properties, with claims up to £100,000.
Work remotely while maintaining regular interaction with customers, third parties, and colleagues to ensure smooth claim resolution.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Claims Handling or Loss Adjusting, with strong knowledge of commercial property insurance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills to manage multiple claims efficiently.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining collaborative relationships with team members and clients.
