Live Chat Advisor – Hybrid (Wythenshawe)

Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester (Hybrid – up to 3 days WFH)

Salary: £24,500

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

About the Role of Live Chat Advisor

We’re looking for a Live Chat Advisor to join our growing customer service team in Wythenshawe. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous live chat experience who enjoys problem-solving, delivering great customer experiences, and working in a supportive team environment.

Using Zendesk (or a similar platform), you’ll be the first point of contact for customers via live chat, answering queries, resolving issues, and providing product advice quickly and professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Live Chat Advisor

Handle inbound live chat enquiries, providing accurate and timely support.
Use Zendesk (or similar CRM/live chat system) to log interactions and track resolutions.
Deliver exceptional customer service in line with SLAs.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex queries.

What We’re Looking For in a Live Chat Advisor

Essential: Previous live chat experience in a customer support environment.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Confident using Zendesk or similar platforms.
A problem-solver who enjoys helping customers and working as part of a team.
