Key duties include:

Handling civil disputes and recovery of outstanding debts
Composing legal papers such as witness accounts, initial claims, amendments, and case particulars
Filing claims and assembling court documentation
Reviewing potential cases to determine feasibility
Arranging repayment terms and drafting mutual agreements
Communicating with clients, updating case progress, and conducting online meetings
Monitoring shared mailboxes and overseeing file maintenance
Teaming up on intricate legal matters within a cooperative setting
Your Profile:

Background in civil disputes or debt collection
Capable of running your own legal matters
Able to operate independently with limited guidance
Excellent interpersonal abilities and a collaborative approach
Proficient in Microsoft Teams and comfortable interacting with clients and team members
