Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

We’re working with a highly regarded property company in North West London that’s looking to hire an experienced Lettings Tenancy Progressor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic hybrid role for someone who is organised, reliable, and confident managing both tenancy processing and finance-related admin.
Whether you’ve been setting up tenancies in a lettings office or managing rental invoicing and reporting, this role offers the opportunity to apply your property knowledge in a stable, friendly, and process-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Lettings Tenancy Progressor
Processing new tenancies and renewals from end-to-end, ensuring full accuracy
Uploading tenancy agreements, ID checks, and compliance documents to the system
Raising invoices for maintenance works, tenancy services, or adjustments
Generating monthly reports on rent received, arrears, and invoicing activity
Working alongside the lettings, property management, and accounts teams to resolve queries
Spotting inconsistencies or errors across tenancy and financial records
Maintaining up-to-date notes and digital files for all relevant transactions
Supporting with general back-office admin to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
To be considered, candidates must have:
? Tenancy progression or accounts administration experience within the property sector
? High attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with documentation and figures
? Strong organisational and multitasking skills
? Confidence working with Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, data input, formulas)
? A methodical and calm approach when working under pressure
? Excellent communication skills when liaising with tenants, landlords, and team members
? A proactive mindset and a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
? Flexibility to work part of the week from home, and part in-office
