Since 2009, our client has built an outstanding reputation as the go-to estate agency in the area, and they are now seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team.

Your new role
Are you a skilled and driven property professional looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager to join our team and oversee a diverse portfolio of rental properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings and manage tenant applications
Negotiate lettings and prepare tenancy agreements
Oversee move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Ensure compliance with Northern Ireland rental legislation
Maintain accurate records and update property management systems

What you’ll need to succeed
Requirements:

Previous experience in lettings or property management (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of residential lettings regulations in Northern Ireland
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
