Lettings Negotiator
Project detail
Are you passionate about property and driven by delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for a Lettings Specialist—or a motivated trainee—to join our thriving team in a beautiful Dereham office.
This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in lettings with a company recognised for its expertise, customer care, and strong community values. In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary package, branch commission, and clear opportunities for progression.
The Role
As part of our lettings team, you’ll become a true all-rounder. Initially, your focus will be on ensuring people receive an exceptional experience when registering and viewing homes. From arranging viewings to visiting some of Norfolk’s best rental properties, no two days will be the same. You’ll travel across a large area, visit other branches, meet a wide range of people, and enjoy a mix of office and field work. You’ll be supported by an experienced team while developing your skills and progressing your career in the property industry.
A full driving licence and your own vehicle are essential, as this role involves travel across a wide area.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in lettings, property management, estate agency or social housing is desirable, but not essential for the right trainee.
A confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner.
Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and going above and beyond.
Highly organised with strong administrative skills and knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and ideally Microsoft Teams.
A proactive problem solver who thrives under pressure and can work independently.
A genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Committed to self-development and continuous learning.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Whats in it for you?
Competitive starting salary with branch commission (£28,000 to £32,000).
28 days’ holiday, rising annually to 32.
Pension scheme.
Car allowance.
Modern, light-filled Dereham office with free parking.
Monday to Friday 8:45am–5:30pm and alternate Saturdays 9:00am–3:00pm (day off in lieu).
Ongoing training and recognised qualifications.
A secure, long-term role with genuine career progression.
A supportive, fun, and professional team culture.
Regular staff socials and company events.
