I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client, a well-regarded and professional lettings agency based in Norwich, who are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property and a strong customer service ethos to develop their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Registering and managing new tenant enquiries.
Arranging and conducting property viewings.
Matching applicants to suitable rental properties.
Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and prospective tenants.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and internal procedures.
Supporting the team with general office administration and diary management.
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in a lettings or property-related role is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
Good knowledge of the local property market and lettings regulations.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
