Lettings Manager – Nutfield, Surrey
Basic Salary: £25,000–£28,000 (DOE)
OTE: £45,000–£50,000
Hours: Full time
The Role:
We’re seeking a Lettings Manager with a track record of success and leadership in residential lettings. This is a rare opportunity to take full operational ownership of a growing portfolio across a thriving regional network. Supported by a senior leadership team and a fantastic property management structure, you’ll lead on business generation and development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate new lettings business through networking and outreach
Carry out valuations and win new instructions
Lead, coach and grow the lettings team
Ensure compliance and industry standards are met
Manage key landlord relationships and act as an escalation point
What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years in a senior lettings role, ideally with valuation and team oversight experience
ARLA/Propertymark-qualified (or willing to qualify)
Professional, personable and commercially minded
Full UK driving licence
