As we grow across the Midlands and beyond, we need a natural leader who’s as comfortable mentoring team members as they are closing deals, smashing targets, and building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants alike.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and motivating a dynamic lettings team, ensuring individual and branch targets are consistently met
Driving lettings performance, managing everything from valuations to viewings to tenancy move-ins
Growing the portfolio through proactive landlord acquisition and excellent client service
Overseeing compliance, contracts, and documentation with sharp attention to detail
Delivering exceptional service to both tenants and landlords, setting the standard for professionalism and care
Working closely with senior management to shape strategy and fuel further expansion
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally in a senior negotiator or managerial role
ARLA-qualified or working towards (preferred but not essential)
Strong leadership qualities – you’re a motivator, not a micromanager
Confident in winning new business and nurturing landlord relationships
Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and best practice
Organised, proactive, and ready to roll your sleeves up
