Lettings Lister

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Lettings Lister on behalf of our client, a successful independant estate agency Hemel Hempstead.

Essential Skills:

Previous experience in a lettings or estate agency role (in listings or valuations) is required
Knowledge of the property market
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A natural self-starter with good time management

A full UK driving licence is required

The Role:

Carrying out rental valuations and bringing new properties to market
Buildi long-term relationships with landlords, based on trust and service
Prepare lisitings with quality photos, descriptions and key property details
Stay in touch with local trends, rental demand and legislation
Work closely with their lettings team to ensure a smooth on-boarding process
Represent the agency with professionalism, warmth, and local insight
Re-list properties when notice has been given

Monday to Friday role

Salary: £30,000 pa to £55,000 pa commission, on-site parking, company pension
