Administrator/ Receptionist

We’re looking for a highly motivated Administrator/ Receptionist to support our business from Culverhouse Cross in Cardiff. As our Administrator/ Receptionistyou will take ownership of office administration accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a busy office environment.

Key responsibilities of a Administrator/ Receptionist

Provide a range of office administration and reception support, ensuring smooth daily operations within the office and across the business. Assist with specific HR-related tasks, including managing staff attendance records, updating personnel records, and supporting the recruitment processes. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, delivering professional communication and efficient administrative assistance across departments.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Administrator

Experience as an Administrator / Customer Service Advisor or similar role
Customer focused and comfortable in a client facing role
Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
