Legal Technology Coordinator

Location: Cardiff (3 office days, 2 remote)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Up to £40,000

About the Role

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for legal technology and innovation. As a Legal Technology Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the strategic adoption and integration of legal-specific tools—including Artificial Intelligence—across all practice areas.

You will act as the bridge between legal professionals and technology, helping to implement, support, and maximise new tools to improve efficiency and deliver value. This is a future-focused role for a forward-thinking individual ready to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

Research and evaluate emerging legal AI technologies relevant to practice areas
Deliver engaging training to lawyers and staff on new tools
Collaborate to design tech-driven workflows and optimise legal processes
Gather user feedback and propose improvements to tools and systems
Maintain internal documentation and best practice resources
Ensure compliance with data privacy and professional standards
Stay informed on legal tech trends and share insights with the team
Liaise with IT, Operations, Marketing, and vendors to support tool integration

About You

Legal qualification or experience in a legal environment
Business experience in project management, process improvement, or change management
Strong interest in technology, especially AI in legal contexts
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communicator, both written and verbal
Able to work collaboratively across teams and functions
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Solid legal knowledge with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
