As a key member of our Real Estate team, you will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and partners handling complex commercial property transactions, and various secretary duties.

Description

Prepare, format, and proofread legal and business documents related to commercial real estate transactions.
Manage and maintain client files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
Assist with billing processes and monitor deadlines to ensure efficient case management.
Support the team with general administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong working relationships and addressing enquiries promptly.
Contribute to the smooth running of the secretarial and business support department in London.

Profile

A successful Commercial Real Estate Secretary should have:

Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role within professional services.
At least 5 or so years experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
An understanding of commercial real estate processes and terminology.
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
